I took pictures I had from during and after a concert and printed them. Then, I ripped off a corner of the picture of the concert and burned the edges. After that, I used the chain of my necklace to create a border around the rough edges and scanned it. Everything was imported into photoshop where I was able to shrink the picture that was taken after the concert and put it underneath the other one to create the illusion of depth. I wanted to emphasize the moments during the concert while the moments after not be 'as important.' Finally, I incorporated the title of one of the artist's songs and liquified it.

I went back and revised the original assignment nearly a year later. I decided to print out the completed image twice. I decided it needed more emotion, depth, and detail so I went back to add more. I used black ink to make the SUFFICE have a more melting effect. Once that was dry, I tore apart a circle that surround the artist of the second printed image and pasted it on top, in the exact same position of where they stood underneath. Lastly, I wore a latex glove, coated my entire hand in black ink, waited for it to dry, then cut off each finger to makeshift miniature balloons. I finalized the piece by attaching the 'balloons' via a wire that was left behind to be trash.
